2. Product Information

  • All products available at IshazPODStore are custom-made using Printify’s print-on-demand service. Every item is uniquely produced after your order is placed, so no two items are exactly alike.
  • We strive to display accurate product descriptions, colours, and images. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in GBP and may be subject to change without notice.
  • We accept payment via PayPal. Full payment must be received before we start processing your order.
  • Any additional charges, such as taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are processed and produced within 2-7 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as these depend on the shipping carrier.
  • International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections. Any customs fees or duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Since our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not supported unless there is a defect or a manufacturing error.
  • In the case of damaged items or manufacturing errors, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and provide a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a free reprint or a refund.
  • We do not accept responsibility for incorrect sizes, colours, or designs ordered by the customer. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production begins, and we may not be able to cancel the order.

6. Shipping Issues

  • If an order is undelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, we cannot offer a refund. You may opt for a reprint at an additional charge.
  • For lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, please contact us for assistance, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on IshazPODStore, including but not limited to text, images, and product designs, is the intellectual property of IshazPODStore or our content suppliers. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • IshazPODStore is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
  • We are not responsible for any delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party services such as shipping carriers or production partners.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, England. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of London, England.
