Refund policy

At IshazPODStore, all our products are custom-made through Printify's print-on-demand service. Since each product is unique and produced upon order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges if the wrong size, colour, or design was ordered, or if you simply changed your mind.

However, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. In the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we are happy to offer a free reprint or refund, provided that you meet the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund or Reprint:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Contact us by email provided on "Contact Page" , Submit your issue using the “Submit issue”  in subject. 
  • Provide a clear photo showing the defect or issue. If multiple products are affected by the same design issue, please provide an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation.

Important Notes:

  • Wrong Size or Colour Ordered: Unfortunately, we cannot offer reprints or refunds if the wrong size or colour was ordered. Please carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: If the product was undelivered due to incorrect shipping information or failed delivery attempts, you may opt for a reprint at an additional charge or request a partial refund.
  • Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Products: Please note there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement in DTG products. Minor variations in print placement within this tolerance range will not be considered defects.
