At IshazPODStore, we work with Printify's print-on-demand services to deliver custom-made products to your door. Here is what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. You will also receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times:

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): After production, shipping typically takes 3-8 business days, depending on the shipping method and your location.
  • International Shipping: Shipping times for international orders can range from 10-30 business days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as delays in production, shipping carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the product and the destination. You will see the shipping charges calculated at checkout before completing your order.

Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to track the delivery progress of your package.

Customs and Import Duties:

  • For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your order is undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, we cannot offer refunds. However, you may opt for a reprint at an additional charge.
